Friendly neighbors and the resident owner manager in the adjacent Farmhouse. - $995 monthly Rent (Plus $500 security deposit), includes all utilities, w/No smoking allowed inside unit. Window AC Units available. Pet / additional cleaning deposit may be required. Lease from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2025 with mutual option to renew until 04/30/2026 at the same rate (IE., No Rate Increase). Electric, Gas, Water, septic, mowing and snow removal provided by owner (again, please note we pay all utilities).
