    What's special

    One of the few ranches that doesn't suffer during drought season. The Trinity River runs parallel with the property and is located a mile away. The run off from the Trinity always had our main pond full with water and stocked with an array of fish. The property is equipped with 1 water well and water lines in order to supply Gate Keeper who over sees property with water to their RV.
