A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome a house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight), and a pet fee is applied subject to up to $150. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to (3) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass.
