You will occasionally hear horses on the opposite side of the barn and cows lowing in the pasture. Hen House has a dozen residents who are allowed to free range a few hours a day. Small pets welcome who don't harass chickens. Coyotes are out at dusk. Owner pays utilities (gas, electric, trash, water) Tenant provides their own Wi-Fi router/cable. No Smoking.
