Board your horse and live on a dream property in a barn house with direct access to Anderson Equestrian park, Bartley Ranch and our own practice pen & pasture. Rancharrah is around the corner. Rent includes boarding for one horse and one human (plus a dog or cat) and all utilities included except cable. Barn has 4 indoor/outdoor stalls. Rent includes a substantial work credit. Tenant must sign a lease agreeing to 5 evening feeds/mucks weekly (we do the other 2) and 2 morning feeds (we do the other 5 morning feeds). Applicants must fill out and application with credit check before touring the property. Owner is fine with 5-6 non-consecutive weeks of vacation annually during which we will take care of your horse. We will also be gone up to 8 weeks annually during which you must take care of our 2-3 horses and the flock of 12 chickens. 3/1/21 lease start or sooner. Available immediately. One small dog OR one cat allowed. EQUINE EXPERIENCE/EXPERTISE IS NECESSARY. Please do not ask if two people or two horses can be accommodated. They cannot. Owner also lives on property in a different house.
