It is located on prestigous Shore Road, Cape Neddick, Maine. A quiet, peaceful and tranquil location. Recently redecorated with stainless steel appliances, new tv and couch, comfortable mattresses. New window treatments, two bedrooms with one comfortable queen size mattress in each room, hardwood floors, deck with patio furniture and off street parking. Fifteen minute ride to Portsmouth, NH, close to shopping at Kittery outlets and Newington Mall including Trader Joes and Whole Foods with many eating establishments. Two beaches within a ten minute walk and four more within a eight minute drive. Very safe neighborhood surrounded by lovely homes. We are within minutes of Ogunquit Beach and marginal way, also Mt. Agamanticus is in our town. This is a four month rental starting January 2, 2026until April 30, 2026. No smoking dwelling, one dog is welcome, tenant pays for electric heating only.
