Sunny, new window treatments, two bedrooms with one comfortable queen size mattress in each room, hardwood floors, deck and off street parking. Fifteen minute ride to Portsmouth, NH, close to shopping at Kittery, outlets. Two beaches within a ten minute walk and four more withing an eight minute drive. Very safe neighborhood , surrounded by lovely homes. This is a four month rental starting January 2, 2025 until April 30, 2025. No smoking dwelling, one dog is welcome, tenant pays for electric heating only.
