Rental Agreement:
On the following TERMS & CONDITIONS:
RENTER: The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must be on premises for duration of the rental period. Driver's License is required along with names and ages of all occupants within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be cancelled.
The person making the reservation must stay in the unit the entire time the unit is reserved.
ACCESS: The renter is granted access to the property for the purposes of temporary lodging only. This right of access is limited to the days set forth in the renter's reservation. No reservation shall extend beyond 60 consecutive days. The renter does not have authority to use the property for purposes of sending/receiving mail, registering to vote, or any other activity, which would require or establish residency.
The kitchen is fully stocked with: pots, pans, baking sheets, casserole dishes, coffee maker, blender, toaster, can opener, mixer, cooking utensil, oven mitts and kitchen towels and a service for eight in: plates, saucers, bowls, large glasses, small glasses, wine glasses, plastic tumblers, and silverware (plus additional serving pieces). All of the dishes, cups, and silverware items are matching. If you break or misplace any of the pieces that come in a set and the individual piece cannot be replaced the entire set will need to be replaced.
KEYLESS ENTRY: You will be provided full entry instructions prior to your arrival date.
Cable TV and Wi-Fi are included.
POOL WRIST BANDS are mandatory for guest and are provided in the room. Please leave the bands in the room after your stay. each.
NO SMOKING in the unit or on the balcony - EVICTION and an additional $500 CLEANING FEE will apply for violation, plus the cost of any damages.
NO PETS of any kind are allowed - EVICTION and an additional $250 CLEANING FEE, plus the cost of any damages.

CHECK OUT: Check out is by 10:00AM on the scheduled day of departure. You will be accessed a minimum $50.00 late check out fee, plus an additional hourly rate of $100.00.
Upon your departure, leave the unit in a sanitary manner.
a. Place all trash in bags and remove all trash from the unit. Put the trash in the trash collection chute located to the right as you exit the unit from the front door. If the trash will not fit in the chute place it in or next to the trashcan by the chute.
b. Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
c. Pick up and do basic cleaning of the unit and put all items where they were when you took possession of the unit.
d. There are basic cleaning supplies in the unit, please use them and do not leave the unit with excessive debris or leave it in an unsanitary condition.
e. If the unit is not left in a satisfactory manner an additional cleaning fee will apply.
DAMAGE: The renter is responsible for any missing item(s) or damage(s) to the condo or its' contents; regardless, if the infraction is caused by the renter or the renter's guest.
CANCELATION POLICY 14 days from check in full refund. Less than 14 days from check in 50% refund. If we are able to rebook the unit with another guest - 100%
TRIP INSURANCE is highly recommended to protect your investment that you have made in reserving this room. Should personal matters, sickness, or inclement weather hinder your ability to use the room you can be fully covered for a nominal fee if you decide to purchase trip insurance. The owner will not be held responsible.
POOL, LAZY RIVER, HOT TUB, & BEACH: Use at your own risk.
INJURIES: Owners shall not be responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring to the renter or guests of renter while in the condo or on the property premises.
NOT RESPONSIBLE: for any loss or damage to ANY of your personal property in the unit or anywhere on the property.
YOUR ACCEPTANCE: Your reservation certifies that you have read and accept all terms specified in this rental agreement.
