Chappaquiddick - The property consists of 3.13 acres and has a 4 bed 2 bath house and a 2 bed 2 bath house (which rents separately). I use the property probably 2 to 3 weeks a year and rent the remaing weeks to several renters who have been returning to the property for years. Chappy is one big beach. The beaches are pristine and never crowded. It is also known for its fishing. The houses are one mile from a small ferry (ride lasts 30 seconds) that lets you off in Edgartown center with its shops, bars and restaurants. You can golf, play tennis and enjoy a host other treats on the island.
