I am 420 friendly, happy for you to have friends over, not looking to host huge parties though. I work 5 to 7 days a week so my home is for rest and relaxation. Rent includes all utilities, full use of the main living areas, front porch, back deck and grill, and plenty of semi-finished basement storage. Street parking available. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Room is about 8x14 ft, features large closet, three windows, mountain view, and your own bathroom.
