The main floor has an open concept floor plan with a sliding glass door that leads to the backyard. The home has a fully fenced backyard with garage and raised deck. Please note our process for renting after viewing the property. We conduct a background and credit check through Transunion smart move. The cost is $40 for each adult over the age of 18. After that we do income verification and check references. If all is good to go we are ready to rent. Rent includes water and lawn mowing. Tenant responsible for gas, electrical and snow removal.
