Downtown Omaha is about 45 minutes. --All rooms of this unit are at ground level over-looking a farm pond. --This is a quiet, relaxing environment where wildlife abounds. --There are two reserved off-street parking spaces 20 feet from your front door. --The private drive ends at your building. --Tenant pays electricity and water. Electricity has averaged about $100 per month over the last twelve months. --Tenant pays a flat rate for water and sewer of $25 per month. --Tenant pays own phone, satellite TV (if desired) and internet (if desired). --Trash collection, and snow removal are provided. --Up to two cats are allowed with a $200 pet fee and pet rent of $30 per month per cat. Cat/s must be documented as spayed/neutered before move-in. Maximum limit of two cats. --The window sills in the two bedrooms and living room are 8" wide--and are absolutely wonderful for cats to lie in the window sills. -- I love dogs, but ABSOLUTELY NO PET DOGS allowed with this unit--sorry--not even small or well-behaved dogs. Dogs can't even come visit on the property. --Waterbeds not allowed--sorry. A credit score of 640+ is preferred. Inquiries regarding this property must include the credit score of each adult resident, the date it was received and company it is from. There are at least four companies that will each give you one FREE credit score per 12 months. They are: Equifax, Credit Karma, Experian and Transunion. I am not endorsing any particular company, these are just four I know of. --There is a $29 non-refundable application fee if you have seen the unit and wish to apply.
