All the appliances are working, paint is in really good condition. You literally don't need to do anything except moving in. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood and it is under Wayzata School District. Less than a mile away there is a movie theater, Lunds, Cub, Fresh Thyme, Subway, Chipotle, Lowe's and many more convenience stores. Our rental contract will end on March 16, 2018. We moved out early and we don't want to pay for the rent anymore. The original rent is $1590 + $30 for the Parking Garage. I can pay $420 and the sub-letter can pay $1200. For December rent, we can pro-rate from your moving date. My current lease expires on March 16, 2019. You can renew with the management.
