Water usage, gardener and maid common area services are in the rent. You pay for electricity, gas, internet line and trash disposal by LADWP. Move-in of a qualified applicant will be by the 10th of November or earlier. We will allow residency to a nice family of up to maximum five only. We will not allow residency to students or employed/working friends and associates. We will NOT accept move-in financial assistance from any type of non-profit organization or a Cosigner. Monthly rent is $2,400.00 with security deposit of the amount of $2,400.00. Only one domestic pet animal of up to 40 pounds or less is allowed. We will not allow dog of pit bull, rottweiler breed in the apartment building. If you have a service animal we will require with your Doctor letter of recommendation. Only one service animal will be allowed. Pet vaccination papers have to be submitted with the application papers. Maximum occupancy for a family of five. Sub-letting is not permitted. We require Renters Insurance documents with minimum coverage of $30,000.00 before move in. Water, gardening common area cleaning are included in the rent. Electricity, gas and trash disposal have to be paid by the residents. One pet animal is allowed with pet vaccination papers and pet deposit. Car(s) have to be parked in the designated tandem parking space only. No parking in any other driveway space. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed outside. Only a family residency of five or less is allowed. We do not accept any type of financial move-in assistance from a non profit organization. No co signer accepted. Laundry room timings are from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
