This apartment is a part of a multi-dwelling home that contains 2 separate additional units. This 2-story apartment occupies half of the building. We heavily stress the importance of respect for fellow tenants and neighbors.
This spacious, 2-story apartment is located in a quiet, pleasant residential neighborhood with a large, unfenced backyard. This multi-room apartment contains a comfortable living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Interested applicants with children- the jurisdiction of this dwelling is West Deptford. West Deptford elementary/middle school/ high school students have a bus stop directly across from the apartment dwelling that is super convenient and safe for children & teens.
-SUMMARY OF EXPENSES-
Monthly Rent: $1,650.00 per month
Security Deposit: $2,475.00
In addition to rent, tenants are expected to pay:
- 1/2 of the monthly oil replenishment & service for heat
- $30.00 per month for water & sewage
- PSEG monthly electricity bill
* Our building is heated by oil, which would require the tenant to proportionally pay half of the oil heating invoice per month, as this unit occupies half of the building. (The other 2 smaller units make up the other 1/2 of the house, and proportionally pay 25% of the oil invoice each). The oil invoices fluctuate depending on the demand, seasonal changes, and the oil company's service prices. We cannot impose a fixed price for those reasons, however a monthly invoice for oil replenishment and services will be provided to tenant.
*This home contains ceiling fans in the majority of the rooms, but does not contain central A/C.*
* The unit has its own electrical meter through PSEG. A tenant would need to take ownership and responsibility for the PSEG account associated with this unit and pay directly to PSEG for electricity.
Wi-Fi, and cable are not included. Cable wires are located in some of the rooms and are compatible with Comcast or Verizon.
Additionally, we do not allow smoking within the home.
-PET POLICY-
This apartment is small pet friendly. Animals of any kind will be thoughtfully considered based upon factors that can be discussed in further detail. We allow 1 small dog and/or 1 cat, or 1-2 cats. Pets must be indoor animals and leashed with supervision outside on premises. We require vaccine documentation and pet liability insurance prior to initiation and renewal of the lease agreement. (Pet liability insurance can be obtained through renter's insurance). Should a pet be approved, we impose a non-refundable $300 pet fee.
