Short-Term Rental Lease Terms This lease agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the short-term rental of the property. The lease is intended for temporary housing purposes, such as relocation or temporary employment, and is not a permanent residency. Lease Duration & Termination This is a month-to-month lease. The lease term is automatically renewed each month unless either party provides written notice of termination. A 30-day advance written notice is required for the termination or extension of the lease. While we understand that situations can change, all month-to-month leases have an expected end date. If you need to change your expected end date, you must provide at least 30 days' notice. We will do our best to be flexible depending on the circumstances. For stays of less than 30 days, all bookings and payments must be processed through our official short-term listing site. Financial Terms Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of $75 per applicant is required. Security Deposit: For stays longer than 60 days, a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. For stays of 30 to 60 days, a security deposit equal to one-half month's rent is required. Cleaning Fee: A one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 is required. Pet Fees: A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is required. An additional $35 per month, per pet in pet rent is required. Occupants and Pet Policies Occupants: All individuals aged 18 or older who will be living on the property must complete a rental application and be listed on the lease agreement. This ensures we know the number of occupants in the property. Pets: Most pets are allowed, but they must go through an application process to be approved.
