    What's special

    We have called 157 Club Dr. home for 17 years. Not only has living at Quail Creek Golf Course provided us with privacy, but it has presented us with a view that is hard to surpass. Our home is located near the 10th tee of the golf course with a putting/chipping green just beyond our property. The over-sized garage can easily fit a large truck or SUV and it has a little storage area for the lawnmower and garden tools. The storage in the garage is massive with cabinets on both sides and a great space for a workbench. The walk-up attic has an additional storage room with shelves and a large space for holiday items, dishes and keepsakes etc. In the den (or 3rd bedroom), beautiful new Plantation shutters have been installed and there is ample closet space in all the bedrooms, with a walk-in closet in the Master Bedroom. The floors in the Master and 2nd bedroom are carpeted and the kitchen/eat-in area are tiled as well as the bathrooms. The rest of the house is a Pergo Maple plank which is very easy maintenance and also does not scratch easily, if at all. It is a lovely cheerful neutral color and I would definitely recommend it. The Master has a garden tub and separate shower, and the 2nd bathroom has an over-sized shower. If you want curb-appeal, this house has it with the iron gates (which lock if desired) in the front and appealing landscape. The home has been re-piped by a very reputable company and there is no worry about leaks or inferior-quality pipes breaking. There is a shut-off valve for your water on the side of the house if you go away on vacation for any period of time. We also installed a separate well so that our sprinkler system can operate without any extra water charge on our utility bill. That comes in handy during the dry months as water isn't cheap in Fairhope. We use the well for most of our gardening. We, of course, have city water too. This is one of those homes that you have to see to appreciate. It is priced very reasonably to sell. We are moving near family.
