This bedroom is available for rent in a three-bedroom/one-bathroom large apartment (1300 soft) 5 min from the Fields Corner Redline Stop, which allows rapid commute to South Boston, Downtown, and Cambridge. It is spacious, has its dedicated balcony and an ocean view. We live right next to Ronan Park. Trees surround the apartment, and you can always go for a run. You'll be living with two guys, respectively, 39 and 54 years. I'm the owner of the Unit and work as an instructor at Massachusetts General Hospital in Charlestown. My current roommate used to be a social worker but has now moved to an administrative position Downtown. I would characterize us as friendly, quiet, and organized, and we're looking for someone similar. No smoking, no drugs! The apartment has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas heat, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, and wi-fi. Move-in costs: $850 first month rent plus $850 security deposit. Utilities are split among us three (under $50 a month).
