A wood stove and small heat units are available for cold days. Parking is in front of the cabin and lot fees are $120 annually. The cabin owner does not own the land and can not use lake. The owner is a member of MKT Rod and the Gun Club who owns the land. Club rules state this cannot be a permanent residence. This would be a great weekend getaway or hunting cabin.
