It is in a prime location, close to downtown Longmont, with direct access to Boulder and a short drive from 287. The townhouse is new with modern appliances and wood flooring (no carpet). You have access to in-unit laundry, a brand new oven, fridge, and dishwasher. The kitchen, living room and dining room are a shared space. This bedroom is 10ft x 15ft, and it shares a bathroom with one other person.
All utilities, including WiFi and electricity are shared equally. The building is wired for fiber optic internet. It is not currently being used, but can be activated if desired.
I am an engineer, and I'm looking to live with other young professionals. I am a car guy and outdoor enthusiast. I don't mind the occasional beer, but I left my party days behind long ago; this will not be a party house. I have dietary allergies, so if you do as well, consider yourself at home. I enjoy a clean, organized house, and I'm looking for someone who will also respect the space. Cleaning duties in the common areas will be shared among all roommates. I have severe pet allergies, so I'm looking for someone who doesn't have pets. This is also a smoke-free home, inside and out. I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19, but I am still very COVID conscious, and would appreciate living with others who follow social distancing practices, including mask wearing when out and about (no masks needed in the house). My partner spends time with me here, and I don't mind if you have guests over as well, so long as they are respectful.
The room is currently available, and the lease will be month to month with an option of 6 months or a full year if we both decide we're a good fit.
