We’ve absolutely loved living in this cozy 4-bedroom, 2-bath home on a quiet corner lot just a short walk from both Slade Elementary and the University of Wyoming. It’s been the perfect spot for us, close to parks, great neighbors, and lots of sunshine through the big windows. Upstairs has beautiful floors throughout, a bright living room facing west (it’s our favorite coffee spot), and a fireplace that makes winters feel extra cozy. The open layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces so well—it’s made everyday life and get-togethers really easy and fun. The upstairs all got great windows. Downstairs, we finished the basement to include two more bedrooms, a big playroom, a bathroom, and laundry. We barely used it for the last 1.5 years. The carpet was renewed 1.5 years ago. The roof was replaced just August 20th, 2024, and we updated all the flooring and carpet around the same time—everything’s in great shape and move-in ready. We’ll also be leaving the washer, dryer, fridge, stove, and microwave, so you’re set from day one. Outside, the fenced backyard has tons of room to play or relax, a shed for extra storage, and a back porch that’s perfect for summer evenings. The attached garage (2 cars) has been a huge bonus in the winter, too. This house has been such a special place for us, and we hope it’ll be the same for you.
