Located about 15 minutes from Jefferson/285 and about 20 minutes from Taryall Reservoir. There are a few small trees on the property. The whole property is on the side of a hill, but it is not too steep to build on in my opinion. There is probably power from the county maintained road (because there are telephone poles) but the buyer should confirm this. The area is relatively uninhabited except for some nice homes nearby. I can create the paperwork and arrange everything for free, so I have no problem just doing a cash deal without a real estate agent/title company (saves about $2,000).
