This includes all utilities and cleaning of your space 2 times a month. Very nice neighborhood and house. Close to everything and cross-town freeway. Easy access to anywhere in town. Private bathroom and bedroom are on its own side of the house. Owner pays for water, trash, electricity, internet, gas, and use of laundry. Maid comes every 2 weeks. I am looking for a responsible person with no DRAMA. You will have access to pretty much the whole house. I am pretty easy to get along with. Rules...Don't mess with my stuff and I won't mess with yours. No pets as I have dogs. You need to be pet friendly. Lastly, I am a clean person and looking for the same.
