OPEN HOUSE: Thursday, July 29th from 8pm - 8:30pm. Feel free to just show up, no registration needed. Please bring Paystubs and Photo ID for all adults to the open house. We accept all forms of subsidy. A security deposit of $895 and first month's rent are required upon move-in. Cats are allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. Owner pays for Gas, Water, Lawn Mowing, Sewer, and Trash. Tenant pays for Electric, Appliances, and Snow Removal Working stove included in as-is condition. Owner will not repair or replace. If you cannot make the open house, you can still apply for the unit by submitting (via email) your Proof of Income, Photo ID, and phone number for landlord reference. If we are interested in your application, we will set up a private showing with you.
