Living room, dining room, and kitchen are all bright with south light. Walk the blue stone pathways through our -acre property, that's landscaped with white-cedar arborvitae, flowering fruit trees, and flowers. Raised-beds are ready for you to plant your own veggies and flowers. Enjoy the private garden pavilion or sit on the old-fashion front porch and watch the world go by. The house is located on a quiet, friendly street with off-street parking for several cars. Walk or cycle to either of two village parks, one right on the Hudson River! Children, cats and small dogs are welcome, larger dogs considered on a case-by-case basis. This vintage house has updated electric and is cooled by A/C window units. The kitchen includes a water filtration system. The 4th bedroom in the house and the garage are for owner storage. The garden pavilion doubles as a carport in the winter. Utilities, TV, and internet are the renter's responsibility. Owner pays water, sewer, and trash pickup. NO smoking please.
