It is a 20 minute drive from downtown Aliceville, a 52 minute drive from Columbus, MS, and an hour and 14 minute drive from Tuscaloosa. There is a great network of strategically located food plots and shooting houses that make for an excellent wildlife habitat. There is also a nice bass lake that sits beside the driveway as you enter. Diverse timber stands consist of hardwood-cedar mix, bottom-land hardwoods along Fenache Creek, planted pines, and cedar thickets. Big open fields are good for livestock, hay production, row crop farming, and dove/quail habitats.
