There is also a refrigerator and chest freezer in the garage and the washer/dryer is also included - basically all appliances are included. In 2019, the kitchen and dining area, entry way and hall way received new Pecan Wood flooring, the bathrooms got new tile floors, and the bedrooms got new carpet. New countertops and new brushed nickel faucets were added in the kitchen and both baths. There is a central vacuum system inside the house with connections throughout and in the garage as well. The house is heated by a few sources --- there are cadet heaters throughout which we seldom need. There is an incredible pellet stove inside and we have two full pallets of pellets that will last at least a full winter or more. Also inside is a Toyo Oil stove which is usually all we ever use in the winter and it keeps the house incredibly warm inside all winter long. New mini blinds were added in 2019 throughout the house, garage and shop. The well pump and motor was replaced in 2018/2019. The well is approximately 75 feet deep and flows approximately 23 gallons per minute and remains a fairly constant 46 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the year. I had the well water tested in 2019 and everything was normal. The septic tank (1000 gallons) was pumped and inspected just a few months ago and everything is operating normally. There is also RV sewer hookup outside along with a 30 amp RV outlet. The property is beautiful and has lots of additional features so please ask if you have questions or want specific pictures.
