Commercial/Resident home for lease. Might end the for sale, renting is more than fine. There are several homes advertised for sale. This home is also listed for sale but we might just rent & remove. Currently tenants would have tons of time, 60/90 day notice upon a sale. it's funny. I've had many inquiries and several buyers but the realtor has had none. it's likeky we will remove it from the MLS. Zillow or a for sale by owner someday apparently is way better than Hathaway.
