TRASH- Regular Trash runs Wednesday mornings usually Recycling and Yard Waste is Monday mornings usually No smoking tobacco inside. Tenant will be responsible for GAS+ELECTRIC, WATER+TRASH, and INTERNET** for the home. Tenant can have 2 max pets for the aforementioned monthly rent and deposit. No cats.
