Trapper's Keep 3 rents vary based on bedroom and are individual leases. In the 3-bedroom units, the bedrooms with an attached bath rent for $930 and the bedroom with the detached bath rents for $915. The security deposit is typically the same as the rent with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. The rental price includes standard wi-fi, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $60 for water and electricity. Free parking for tenants is available at this complex, with limited guest parking! Additionally, this complex is pet friendly for 1 pet per bedroom, so bring your furry friends along!
