I am a Campbell student and I have a room for rent. It is $480 a month plus half of the electric bill. So you would also pay between $35 to $60 a month (but a couple months during the winter it gets as high as $75). The room available is a really big room and we would have to share the bathroom. Im a really easy going roommate and I tend to want to be away from the house. I think the ideal roommate would be another male campbell student that likes peace and quiet. The owner pays for the water.
