The one bedroom/1 bath lease agreement is month-to-month, but I do prefer long-term tenants. The lease length is negotiable. All potential tenants must pass a criminal background check, credit report, and eviction history. They also must have a good reference and proof of income. Rent is $1200/month with $1000 refundable deposit and a one-time $250 cleaning fee when you move in. No pets or drugs, no smoking, and no weapons allowed. Renters insurance required.
