Neighborhood Description Applewood began development in 1992 and most houses were built during '93. By the end of '94 it was virtually complete. It has a HOA with annual dues of $40, and very reasonable covenants/restrictions. HOA leadership has historically been very open to updates to the covenants as long as the majority of homeowners agree to them; the regular meetings are very well attended. The neighborhood is quiet compared to most, the trees are becoming mature (most of them are nearing 18 years old).
