Bathroom does include a full walk-in shower with shower curtain and liner (bath towels and washcloths are not furnished). The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and linens and a small dresser tucked into the closet for storage. Living room has a small two seater couch, coffee table, and 40" smart tv. Dining area provides a small dinette table for two. Coin laundry is available on-site. We offer weekly, monthly, and annual terms. Weekly rates starting at $500.00. Monthly rates starting at $1,200.00. Annual rates starting at $950.00 per month. We offer several different stay options. All utilities are included in the rent amount, that includes electric, sewer, water, garbage, and wi-fi.
