The listed rent is for one bedroom, not the entire unit. We are looking for two tenants. Apartment: 4th floor furnished unit (desk and chair in each room, double bed and lifted bed frame in each room, two drawers in each room, couch, TV, TV stand, coffee table, dining table and chairs). Washer and dryer included. All utilities, including internet, is included in the rent except electricity (ranges from $15-$30/month per person). Nice view of Peavine and a glimpse of Mt Rose; lots of greenery in the warmer months. Parking: Optional parking lease for $150/month. The building is usually sold out of parking leases so if you need a parking spot, you're in luck! Building: There are lots of building amenities, including computers, printers, and private work areas on the second floor as well as a rooftop deck with beautiful views and BBQs. My boyfriend and I have lived here for our four years at UNR and it has been perfect--we are sad to be leaving! It's steps from campus, safe, and secure.
