    $$$40,000 BELOW the next lowest priced unit in Nautical Club (on day of posting). High number of days on Zillow represent 6 months with Realtor at much higher price. This is one of the nicest looking buildings on the island. This and most interior units did not suffer any damage or water intrusion during the hurricanes. We have 13 acres of land running from Bogue Sound to Route 58, possibly the most land per unit of any condo on the island (about 8,089 square feet per unit). All interior units have the same floor plan (some reversed) containing three bedrooms and three full baths with about 1550 square feet of interior floor space. Realtor listings mostly show about 1650 square feet in the interior units but I don't believe they have that much (satisfy yourself). Living room and owner suite with private full width deck overlook about 2.5 miles across Bogue Sound. Can see the Atlantic Ocean from the unobstructed view of the other two bedrooms and spacious front deck. Ceramic tiled foyer, baths and kitchen floor. Granite kitchen counter tops. Double oven stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and stacked washer/dryer. Shower and bath tub walls are faux marble for easy cleaning and it's attractive. Owner's suite has whirlpool tub and separate spacious shower. Eleven piece Winston (expensive) patio set in living room to protect it from the weather for the time being. Bedroom furniture conveys. $40,000 should buy lots of furniture, especially used furniture. You'll get USED furniture with any furnished unit you may buy. Penthouse contains game and exercise rooms plus library and event room with kitchen. We have spacious boat parking area, kayak storage racks, boat launching ramp, pier, floating dock with kayak embarking and disembarking platform. Nice pool and bathhouse. Three convenient ocean/beach public access points across the street. My photo taking capabilities are somewhat limited but several units have numerous nice exterior photos that apply to all units. Stop and admire the building and grounds soon after leaving the highway. This was the lowest price unit by $40,000 in Nautical Club the day of the posting but another unit has since been reduced. Very favorable feedback left by people who have rented in the building for a week or two. This unit not rented since I've owned it. New roof and pier. Would like to sell - let's make a deal.
