The main entrance for this unit is from the front of the house and there is also a back door that gives you access to the back yard. The back yard is fenced in and shared with the tenants of the lower unit. You will be blocks from Sloan's lake, Edgewater, The Edgewater Market Place, the Colfax bus system, the Lakewood Gulch light rail system, and a 5 minute drive to downtown Denver. AVAILABLE 08/01(May be available sooner). Owner pays trash, recycle and lawn/gardening service. Water, sewage, gas and electricity are split evenly with garden level tenant. Water, sewage, gas, and electricity are paid by owner and cost is forwarded to tenants on a monthly basis. Pet rent is $25/pet/month. Pet deposit is $500 per pet. Rent is collected via PayPal.
