    Open spaces. Plenty of sunshine coming through the windows. The big metal barn is the one-of-a-kind all welded barn. The ride to town is very pleasant. Having my own well. Views of the mountains. Everyone out here loves their lifestyle away from the city, but close enough to drive to every day. Allowed your own business if you following the SR for Gila County. Per Gila County guidelines you can have two homes on the same property. As a back up you can use the HOA community water system.
