Note: I am a recent graduate from Fresno State and am looking for someone who would be interested in taking over my lease for my apartment. It is move in ready, so you can move in at any time. The apartment is in great condition. The apartment grounds are well kept, and management regularly engages with residents with various activities and holiday competitions where prizes can be won, as well as occasional offerings of free food and/or school supplies (especially convenient for those attending the university). It is a great apartment with a polite and accommodating staff, and with the rent at only $850, it makes it one of the cheapest apartments in the Fresno area, but without sacrificing on quality. It is the perfect place to call home for a while. Tenant is responsible for electric. Let them know you are interested in Grace Godinez's lease take-over Some Important things to note if you are interested in the apartment: -The lease expires in August, but you can renew a lease with the apartment if you wish. -A monthly income that is 3x the rent is DESIRED, though a family member or friend can be a co-signer on the lease if you do not make that much each month (this is what I did). -Since it is a 1 bed apartment, there are some limits to how many people can move in. If you are not the only person moving in, it is best to contact the apartment management to see if your circumstances are allowed by the apartment policies, as some cases are allowed while others are not. -Ensure you have no prior evictions on your record as this may impact your ability to get the lease. -Section 8 is unfortunately not accepted at Campus Edge Apartments. Important Notice: Going forward, I will be acting merely as an intermediary between you and the apartment management as a means to keep tabs on things. I will answer any relevant questions and provide you with needed information, but anyone that contacts me about the apartment lease will thereafter be responsible for completing the transfer process. This means that other people may be seeking to take over the lease at the same time as you are, and so you should understand that your ability to take over the lease is not guaranteed.
