We built this five bedroom five bathroom home ourselves in 2011 and have included many upgrades. There are two master suites (one upstairs and another downstairs) that both come with custom showers and furniture style vanities. The upstairs Master comes complete with a locker room style shower including a full body spray while the downstairs includes a full five piece bath. There are two laundry rooms. The one that we currently use is upstairs and can be converted into a closet. The mudroom downstairs also has all laundry hook ups ready to use behind the mudroom cubbies (see the pictures). There is a full (front and back) yard in ground irrigation system, whole home central vacuum system as well as a full home security system. In addition to this, we installed a Rinnai instant tankless hot water unit, providing endless hot water. There are a total of 3,464 heated square feet with and additional 1,700 unfinished square feet in the basement. There are ten foot ceilings in the basement and nine foot upstairs. Our kitchen has elite appliances (most are Kenmore) including a gas cooktop, double oven, and high end super quiet dishwasher. The kitchen opens into our family room that includes a high end stone fireplace that has the capability to heat the entire home.
