Three cars can easily park in front in the driveway. The cabin is located on a gentle slope on the mountain. *You must be able to navigate steps and stairs to access the backyard and the downstairs great room and laundry area. The interior of the cabin is decorated in a ranch house theme. It is absolutely gorgeous with wood vaulted ceilings, walls and plantation shutters. Outside, two wrapped around decks, one upstairs and downstairs, are on the side and back of the cabin as you look out at the entire lake. The backyard is not enclosed, however, there is an outside large dog kennel next to the cabin. Deer and Wild Turkeys are frequently roaming about the property. It's the perfect place to enjoy the wildlife, nature and stargaze at night. A small domesticated animal is allowed upon approval of the owner. There is also plenty of storage space where the washer, dryer, water tank and furnace are downstairs. The cabin is energy efficient and has solar power, (lower electric bills), three solar skylight tubes upstairs and two wood pellet fireplaces (upstairs and downstairs). *Renter is responsible for electricity, internet, TV/cable and phone. *Owner is responsible for water and trash. *We are NOT 420 friendly.
