A bus stop for Springfield PVTA is located at the top of our driveway. The apartment should be ready for February start date, but we would also consider a March 1st move-in. Tenant pays for electric and water. Cats are allowed. No smoking. No large, commercial vehicles other than delivery services and/or trucks used for moving. All vehicles must be registered and in drivable condition. There is no storage on the property but you may keep one bike per person in the basement of your unit.
