1540 10th Street is located at the corner of 10th & Marine Streets ? behind 1004 Marine, on University Hill. There are four units total on the property (two on Marine, and two in back on 10th Street). From this central location it?s an easy walk to the CU campus and just minutes down to Pearl Street. 1540 10th is the ground level of the house on 10th Street, and shares the back yard with 1550 10th (1BR upstairs). Lease starts August 2nd, and expires July 30th the following year with option to renew. Security deposit equals one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. Cats are allowed with an extra $200 cat deposit. ONE DOG is allowed with an extra $300 dog deposit (some breeds restricted). We have a set showing time at each property, Monday through Friday.
