This interesting piece of Gales Ferry (Ledyard) has a little bit of everything: rolling, wooded hills, rock formations, and multiple water-features/wetlands. There has been no investigation done into the land being sub-dividable re: survey or perc testing, etc. There is approximately 340 ft of frontage on Stoddards Wharf road and land is approximately 1 1/2 from Ledyard Center. Along the west side of the land is a gated gravel road (that has been maintained by the town in the past). This is a right of way over subject parcel for town workers to access a pump station. The east boundary is boarded by a private driveway until the power lines are met (roughly).
