This is a 2 Unit House located on a quiet, residential street. The available apartment is on the second floor. There is sufficient off street parking for 2 vehicles per unit. Both the Hornell Shopping Plaza and Main St Businesses are only a few minutes away. The apartment has been completely renovated with new vinyl windows, carpeting, and freshly painted. WiFi is included. The main living area is spacious and allows for a variety of layout designs. There is a laundry area in the basement. Although it doesn't go with this unit, arrangements for use can be discussed. There is also some indoor storage space available in the basement. Stepping out the back door you will find a deck which leads into a large, fenced in back yard. A section of the yard contains planting beds that we intend to remove. However, they can be left if the tenant wishes to have them. This is a 12 month Lease. Application is through Zillow and there may be an Application Fee. This fee will be refunded after 3 months of Rental with on time payments. First Month's Rent, Security Deposit, and Proof of Renter's Insurance are required prior to signing the lease and receiving the keys. Certified Check or Cash are accepted. Electronic payments for monthly rent are preferred. Tenant may move in part way through month with prorated rent. Tenant will be required to provide the Prorated Rent, plus the full Next Month's Rent if first month is less than 3 weeks, and Security Deposit. Nonsmokers only. This is a nonsmoking property. Landlord pays WiFi, Water and Refuse. Tenant is responsible for electric, and any other services ordered by the Tenant. Permission is required for any service that needs to drill through the walls/floors or make any other physical changes to the property. Small, well behaved pets are welcomed.
