    This 3 bedroom house is in a quiet neighborhood and ideally located 1 block east of Massachusetts Street between 14th and 15th street. It is walking distance to KU, Downtown, and Dillon's Grocery Store. The house has a private single lane driveway, for off street parking, a small front porch, central air conditioning, fenced yard and a high efficiency furnace. When you enter the front door, the living room and dining room are to the left, which are open to each other and have wood floors. (The book cases are not included) The living room also has a ceiling fan. Off the dining room is a short hall. Off the hall is a 1/2 bath. The hall ends at the kitchen which has a stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and a dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a mud room/laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. From the mud room/laundry room you can walk out to the tiny deck, small patio and fenced back yard. (We do the mowing) When you enter the front door you can also turn right and walk into the downstairs bedroom which has a wood floor, ceiling fan and a double size closet. Also when you enter the front door you can walk up stairs the entire 2nd floor has wall to wall carpeting, except the bathroom which has a tile floor. The 2nd floor bathroom has a tub shower combination, small vanity and a large 3 part medicine chest. Both upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans and 2 double closets in each room with sliding mirror doors. The largest bedroom has a small dressing room off of it. Spayed/neutered cats are welcome, as are small dogs under 50 pounds and over 2 years old, who can be crated with pet rent and a pet deposit.
