Financial Requirements: Rental history, credit score, income, MUST qualify. This isn't my first rodeo, having done rentals for nearly 30 years. Please don't waste your time nor mine if you have no history, bad history, bad credit, an eviction, no job, etc. I would consider myself a very good landlord, quick to respond and always updating/improving, but I require you be a good tenant, paying timely and keeping the place in decent shape, working with neighbors and management as you'd like to be treated. If you're a student and don't qualify you'll need a guarantor owning property in KS whom does easily qualify.
