The Palmer House is located in a safe neighborhood just on the fringe and walking distance of westside downtown; count on CLEAN Clean at the Palmer House! The apartment is an 'upstairs' unit, fully furnished including kitchen w/cookware, bedding and towels. The #2 apartment is well lit with natural light from both east and north side windows. The house is managed to be a quiet and respectful environment. There are 2 outside shared yard areas with barbecue during summer. Each apt. has an outside locking storage shed for bikes/outdoor gear. There is a shared laundry with washer and dryer in the basement. The rent price ($850) quoted is for a 9-12 month lease call for shorter term rental periods. The apartment can be rented month to month also. All utilities are paid; water, power, gas, garbage, wifi internet. Plenty of Parking on Place and 2nd st. There is no smoking at the Palmer House and while we like animals we have a No Pet Policy. There is a $35 per adult application fee that includes credit and background checks.
