I like the tenants! They know each other and they look out for each other, and for the building. 90% of them have lived here for between 5 and 20 years. The ownership and management has been the same for 20+ years. We keep our building spotless and we address any concerns that you have promptly. We only lease month-to-month: you can move any month after you give us proper notice and we can ask you to move any month after giving you proper notice. Your security deposit is secured by a surety bond, and you will get it back to you ON THE DAY YOU MOVE, if you give proper notice and leave the unit close to as neat and clean as it was when you rented it.
