I can also ask you to move the same way, by mailing notice to you informing you that we want our apartment back. We have strictly enforced assigned parking. You are responsible for making sure that your guests respect the rights of the other tenants. We do not have a GRACE PERIOD; all rent is due on the 1st of the month and the $50 late fee must be with it if you pay on the 2nd day. Our rent is low because all of our tenants take care of their units respect our lease, and that keeps our expenses low.
