Includes all major appliances and a large deck. This house is on the second floor. There is a separate Mother-In-Law unit, downstairs behind garage, that's rented out to one of our family members. Each unit has its own entrance and washer/dryer. A large two car garage is shared with the other unit. Lots of RV parking and storage. No smoking inside. Animals on approval with an increase in rent. Credit report required; the fee will be deducted from the first month's rent. A portion of utilities are included. Twelve-month lease. $3100/month, $3100 deposit (cannot be used for last month). Utilities are extra; you pay 1/3 to 1/2 depending on household size, Mother-in Law unit and landlord split the rest. Snow removal is not included. Pool and clubhouse privileges are available.
